We process your data for the following purposes:
  • Provision of information services on loans, credits and/or financial products: The information may be sent directly by ADSALSA, S.L.U. or by its collaborators according to the data entered in the registration form by the interested parties. The information will always be about loans, credits and/or financial products. In order for the information on loans, credits and/or financial products to be sent by ADSALSA’s collaborators to the interested party, it will be necessary for the data collected through the registration form to be previously sent to the collaborator via API so that they can assess the profile of the interested party and decide whether any of the financial products they offer meets the interested party’s needs.
  • Profiling in order to decide what information about credits, loans or financial services to send to the interested party: Taking into account only the data provided by the interested parties in the registration form, sometimes advertising campaigns are segmented with the sole objective of increasing the success of the campaign (e.g.: sending information about a loan that meets the ASNEF yes or no parameter). In this type of segmentation, the level of intrusion in the private sphere of the interested party is minimal, since we only have the data that the interested party himself has provided in his registration without in any case tracking people through different websites, devices and / or services.
  • If you consent, we will communicate your data to third party companies or entities for advertising/marketing and/or market research purposes belonging to different sectors of activity. You can consult the sectors of activity to which the companies to which we may disclose your data belong in point 5 of this document.

  3. How long will we keep your data for? We will keep your data for the following periods:

  • Provision of information services on loans, credits and/or financial products: Indefinite as long as the data subject does not exercise his/her rights of objection and/or deletion.
  • Profiling in order to be able to decide which information about loans, credits or financial services to send to the data subject: indefinitely as long as the data subject does not exercise his/her rights of objection and/or deletion.
  • Communication of data to third party companies/entities for advertising/marketing and/or market research purposes: 5 years.

  4. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your personal data?

  • Provision of information services on loans, credits and/or financial products: Execution of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures, The data collected are: Name, surname, telephone, email, postcode, amount requested, monthly income, purpose, how long you wish to repay it, employment status, ID number, ASNEF (yes or no), whether you have a vehicle, and the age of the vehicle if applicable.
  • Creation of profiles to be able to decide what information about credits, loans or financial services to send to the interested party: Satisfaction of a legitimate interest.
  • Communication of data to third party companies/entities for advertising/marketing and/or market research purposes: Consent of the data subject.

  5. To which recipients will your data be communicated? As we have already indicated above, your identification and profile data will be communicated to ADSALSA’s collaborating companies so that they can, based on the data entered by you in the registration form, offer you information about the products that best suit your needs. Additionally, and only in the event that you consent to it, your identification data may also be communicated to companies, organisations and/or entities interested in directing advertising actions to you in the sectors of activity indicated below, or for the performance of market studies. This will necessarily involve the need to submit your personal data to standardisation, deduplication, filtering and verification operations. Advertising will be sent by these third parties. International transfers.   The technological platform that we use to send communications electronically is located in a country outside the European Economic Area and all legal requirements have been observed for its contracting.   7.
